This modern single storey villa is located on a generous corner plot adjacent to open farmland on the Sucina Golf urbanisation, a short 5 minute stroll from the centre of Sucina and its quiet church square, bars and restaurants and only 15 minutes from Murcia airport and a selection of blue flag beaches.

This property was designed with all the necessities of a family in mind. It has a roof terrace, private pool surrounded by areas to relax, sunbathe, BBQ and eat under the shady covered dining area.

Inside the house is light and spacious. The entrance is through a large porch into a neat and comfortable living room with a dining area and the well equipped kitchen partially separated off alongside.

Lazy days

It’s a superb spot to enjoy lazy days by the pool and the rural peace – with the added advantage that historic Cartegena is just a short drive away.

The main living area is open plan with ceiling fans and leads to the two bedrooms which are quiet and shady and overlook our orange and lemon trees.

The two bedrooms are air conditioned and equally attractive, both with fitted wardrobes. One has a double bed, the other two singles. There is also one small extra child’s bed if required.

For Spring and Summer, the various outdoor areas and terraces in the neatly kept garden surrounds come into their own for al-fresco dining.

Although there are other residential properties around and about, the pool and gardens aren’t overlooked making it a superb spot to enjoy lazy days by the pool.
